I chose to join the insurance industry after managing through the deaths of both my parents and my personal passion for extending empathy toward others.

On a personal note, I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and have spent over 15 years leading teams in healthcare, customer care, and operations. I am an alumna of the University of Memphis, where I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, and Strayer University, where I earned a Master of Business Administration.
